Do you repair marine cranes onboard vessels?

Our Musaffah-based team supports vessels, yards, ports and offshore assets across Abu Dhabi and the UAE.

Do you support emergency crane breakdowns?

Yes. Share the crane make, model, location and fault details so our operations team can arrange the fastest practical response.

Crane repair planned around the fault and the vessel

Marine cranes combine hydraulic drives, structural and mechanical components, and electrical controls. A useful repair enquiry identifies the affected function rather than assuming that one component is responsible.

Hydraulic crane faults

Describe whether the problem affects hoisting, luffing, slewing or telescoping, and whether it appears under load or after the system warms up. Our hydraulic scope includes pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and power packs.

Mechanical and control systems

Brake, winch, wire-rope, sheave, limit-switch and load-monitoring concerns can require a coordinated mechanical and electrical inspection. Share the alarm text and the crane manual when available.

Onboard repair or workshop overhaul

The repair location depends on access, component size, dismantling requirements and vessel schedule. Discuss port permissions, lifting arrangements and any testing or witness requirements with our team before mobilization.

Do you repair hydraulic systems on marine cranes?

Yes. Our crane and hydraulic scopes cover pumps, motors, cylinders, valves and power packs. We assess the reported fault and agree the inspection and repair scope before work begins.

Is load testing or third-party certification included automatically?

No. Tell us the required test, capacity and certifying or witnessing body when requesting a quotation. The agreed scope must identify testing and certification requirements separately.

For an onboard visit or workshop repair quotation, share the vessel or equipment name, location, make and model, fault description, photographs and required completion window. Include drawings, nameplate details and previous service reports where available.
